Diös Fastigheter AB said shareholders subscribed to 59,601,660 shares under its rights offer, reflecting about 99.7% of the shares issued, with the company raising approximately 1.85 billion Swedish kronor from the issuance, excluding transaction costs.
The company also received subscription applications for 21,487,122 shares without subscription rights.
The Swedish Companies Registration Office will register the new shares Jan. 30, with trading commencing on the Nasdaq Stockholm Feb. 3, according to a company release.
Nordea and Swedbank acted as the joint global coordinators, while Glimstedt and Linklaters were legal advisers for the issuance.
As of Jan. 24, US$1 was equivalent to 8.84 Swedish kronor.
