BroadStreet Partners Inc. closed two deals for independent insurance agencies in December.

Units of BroadStreet purchased independent agencies in South Carolina and Indiana, both effective Dec. 1. Both the agencies were purchased with cash, with further details not disclosed.

Including these transactions, BroadStreet made 34 acquisitions in 2018. The company is working on closing several further acquisitions, but they will not be effective until Jan. 1, 2019.
