Annaly Capital Management Inc. appointed Serena Wolfe CFO, effective Dec. 9.

Wolfe will also serve as a member of the company's operating committee. Her career includes serving as a partner and as central region real estate hospitality and construction leader at Ernst & Young LLP.

Glenn Votek, who previously held the CFO role, will continue as interim president and CEO and as a member of its board.
