Dmytro Seriozhyn was appointed general manager at PJSC Ukrsotsbank the lender said Jan. 19.

Seriozhyn was previously first deputy chairman of the management board at PJSC ALFA-BANK. Ukrsotsbank's management board chair, Tamara Savoshchenko, said his appointment is part of the synergies stemming from the merger of the two lenders.

Both banks are controlled by ABH Holdings SA, which acquired Ukrsotsbank from UniCredit SpA in November 2016.
