Univision CommunicationsInc. appointed Diego Rodriguez chief global security officer.

In this newly created position, Rodriguez will oversee and coordinatecompanywide security measures, ensuring that the company has "best-in-classpractices" to help safeguard UCI, its people and its critical assets.

Rodriguez most recently served as Assistant Director in Chargeof the Federal Bureau of Investigation Field Office in New York.
