Online auctioneer eBay Inc. agreed to acquire Ticket Utils, an independent providerof software that allows large ticket sellers to manage inventory anddistribution.

According to a July 14 official blog post, Ticket Utils willjoin eBay's StubHub platform, the largest ticket marketplace in the U.S.

The deal, financial terms of which were not disclosed, issubject to customary closing conditions.
