Marriott International Inc. closed the acquisition of Elegant Hotels Group PLC.

The companies agreed Oct. 18 on the terms of a recommended all-cash offer to be made by International Hotel Licensing Co., a wholly owned indirect unit of Marriott, for the entire issued and to-be-issued ordinary share capital of Elegant Hotels.
