National Bank Holdings lowers target asset size

Greenwood Village, Colo.-based National Bank Holdings Corp. has lowered its target assetsize.

A recent investor presentation pegs the bank's target size as$6 billion to $8 billion in assets, down from the previously provided target range of $8 billion to $10 billion.Representatives for the bank did not respond to requests for comment on the change.At March 31, the bank had $4.62 billion in assets.

National Bank's other targets remained the same, including asub-60% efficiency ratio, return on average tangible assets of 1% or more, returnon average tangible common equity in the range of 12% to 14%, a 25% dividend payoutratio, and a Tier 1 leverage ratio of  9%.
