Underwriters fully exercise option in Skyline Champion public offering

Underwriters fully exercised their right in a secondary offering of homebuilder Skyline Champion Corp.'s common stock to acquire an additional 1,350,000 shares from certain selling shareholders at $22.00 per share.

The public offering of 9.0 million shares priced Aug. 3.

The selling shareholders will receive all the net proceeds from the offering and no shares are being sold by Skyline.

Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC, RBC Capital Markets LLC and Jefferies LLC will act as lead book-running managers for the offering, and Barclays Capital Inc. and SunTrust Robinson Humphrey Inc. will serve as book-running managers. Craig-Hallum Capital Group LLC, Citizens Capital Markets Inc. and CJS Securities Inc. are serving as co-managers.
