Intervacc AB said the company's co-founder Jan-Ingmar Flock has stepped down as CEO, but will continue to serve as chief scientific officer.

The company said Andreas Andersson replaced Flock as CEO. Andersson serves as CEO and president of Scandinavian Energy Efficiency Co. SEEC AB.

Hägersten, Sweden-based Intervacc is a biotechnology company that engages in the research and development of veterinary vaccines using recombinant proteins for animal health.
