* Citigroup Inc. has promoted Andrew Truscott to co-head of investment banking operations in the U.K. alongside Jan Skarbek, Financial News reported, citing an internal memo sent by Michael Lavelle, head of U.K. and Ireland corporate and investment banking for the lender.

Truscott joined Citi in March 2018 as a managing director from rival JPMorgan Chase & Co.

Banque Lombard Odier & Cie SA

* Swiss asset manager Banque Lombard Odier & Cie SA has strengthened its sustainability commitment with the appointments of Christopher Kaminker and Ebba Lepage. Kaminker has been appointed as the head of sustainable investment research and strategy at Lombard Odier Investment Managers Holding SA. In the newly created position, he will focus on improving the sustainability and research capabilities of LOIM. Kaminker was previously the head of sustainable finance research and a senior adviser at Swedish lender Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken AB.

Additionally, Lombard Odier named Lepage as its head of corporate sustainability. Lepage, who will assume the new role Aug. 19, previously worked as the group vice president of M&A and corporate finance at Finland-based Stora Enso Oyj.
