Suncorp to redeem subordinated notes

Australia-based Suncorp Group Ltd. said it would redeem all outstanding subordinated notes on the optional redemption date of Nov. 22.

Note holders who are on the register as of Nov. 14 will be entitled to receive a face value of A$100 per note plus a final interest payment of A$1.2111 per note, subject to certain conditions. Further, the interest will be for the period from Aug. 22 through Nov. 21.
