Nomura Holdings Inc. completed its share buyback program, repurchasing 100 million of its common shares for ¥51.70 billion.
The shares were repurchased from Aug. 29 to Dec. 19, the company said.
Under the program, the company planned to spend up to ¥70 billion to repurchase up to 100 million shares, equivalent to 2.7% of its outstanding shares.
As of Dec. 18, US$1 was equivalent to ¥112.48.
