AusCann Group Holdings Ltd tapped Executive Director Paul MacLeman as interim CEO of the company, effective Jan. 1, 2019.

MacLeman will hold the position until the company finds a permanent replacement for Elaine Darby, who previously announced plans to step down as AusCann's managing director.

AusCann is an Australian pharmaceutical company focused on developing cannabinoid medicines.
