Jeannine LiChong, executive vice president and portfolio manager at Gluskin Sheff + Associates Inc., will leave the company at the end of December to pursue a new opportunity.

Peter Mann, executive vice president, co-chief investment officer and head of equities, will work with LiChong to ensure a smooth transition of the company's Canadian equity strategies.
