SCA converts 525 class A shares to class B shares

Swedish consumer goods company Svenska Cellulosa Aktiebolaget SCA said May 31 that it converted 525 class A shares to class B shares in May.

After the conversion, the company has a total of 1,283,687,940 shares.

It now has a total of 702,342,489 registered shares, of which 64,593,939 are class A shares and 637,748,550 are class B shares.
