Fiera Capital Corp. named a new auditor for the Fiera Capital Income Opportunities Fund.

PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP was named auditor for the fund, replacing Deloitte LLP, effective on or about Dec. 31.

The fund's independent review committee approved the change of auditors, and notice of the change was sent to the fund's unitholders.
