Aurion Resources Ltd. appointed Kerry Sparkes to its board.
Nonexecutive director Peter Cordin did not stand for reelection to the board of MC Mining Ltd. and retired from the post, effective Nov. 22.

Archit-Erdene Darambazar was appointed as managing director of Aspire Mining Ltd., which also reduced its board to five members from seven with Alexander Passmore and Gan-Ochir Zunduisuren resigning as directors and Zunduisuren to take on an executive management role in Mongolia.
