Hulic Reit Inc. plans to issue up to ¥15.0 billion worth of unsecured domestic investment corporation bonds.

The bonds will be issued from June 30 to Dec. 31, with proceeds earmarked for the acquisition of assets, repayment of loans and redemption of investment corporation bonds, among other purposes.
