China Pacific Insurance (Group) Co. Ltd. appointed Zhu Yonghong and Lu Ning as shareholder representative supervisors.

The company also appointed Huang Dinan as a nonexecutive director.

The Chinese insurer said June 15 that the appointments are subject to approval by the China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission.
