Bright Health Inc. raised $635 million in an oversubscribed series D funding round.

New Enterprise Associates led the funding round, while Bessemer Venture Partners, Cross Creek Advisors LLC, Declaration Partners, Flare Capital Partners, Greenspring Associates LLC, MeriTech Capital Partners, Redpoint Ventures and Town Hall Ventures were follow-on investors.

The funding will be used to support the company's growth and hiring as it expands across products, geographies and consumer bases.
