The central banks of Brazil and Hong Kong have signed a cooperation agreement to enhance collaboration on issues involving the financial technology sector.

Through the agreement, the Hong Kong Monetary Authority and Banco Central do Brasil will collaborate on the referral of innovative businesses, information and experience sharing and joint innovation projects, the Brazilian central bank said in a statement.
