Dynamic Quest Inc. acquired fellow information technology services provider Enroute Networks Inc. for an undisclosed amount.

Dynamic Quest is a portfolio company of middle-market investor Spire Capital Partners LLC. Enroute Networks provides voice and data communications services to small and medium-sized enterprises.

Enroute founder David Hampson will join Dynamic Quest as its vice president of technology solutions.

The acquisition will allow Dynamic Quest to integrate unified communications and voice over internet protocol into its suite of services. The company is also planning to leverage its infrastructure, which includes a data center, a remote delivery team in the Philippines, and sales and marketing strategies, to boost growth in Georgia.

New York-based Spire targets technology-enabled business services, media, communications and education industries.
