OneDigital Health and Benefits acquired Gary G. Oetgen Agency's group operations in Savannah, Ga.

President Gary Oetgen and his team will continue the company's operations, offering insurance to individuals and small businesses.

Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Digital Insurance and Digital Benefit Advisors rebranded as OneDigital Health and Benefits in 2016.
