Toronto-headquartered property investment company Bentall Kennedy is putting its office in Downers Grove, Ill., on the market for $140 million, The Real Deal reported.

The Esplanade II building is located at 3500 Lacey Rd. and spans 583,000 square feet, with sports nutrition company Glanbia Performance Nutrition Inc. occupying more than 70,000 square feet of space in the tower.

The asset is a part of the 100-acre Esplanade at Locust Point project being developed by Hamilton Partners, which comprises 3 million square feet of office space, a DoubleTree Suite hotel, fitness center and daycare facilities, the Oct. 18 report added, citing the developer.

HFF is marketing the Esplanade II building on behalf of Bentall Kennedy.
