Digital Colony Management LLC's Digital Colony Partners LP fund acquired Highline do Brasil II Infraestrutura de Telecomunicações S/A from Pátria Investimentos Ltda.

Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Highline is an independent infrastructure solutions company catering to the telecommunications industry. It builds and operates sites for the installation of communication antennas for all of Brazil's major mobile network operators. CEO Fernando Viotti and his executive team will continue to lead the company.

Digital Colony Management is the digital infrastructure investment arm of Colony Capital Inc.
