Fulton Financial Q4'19 net income drops YOY

Lancaster, Pa.-based Fulton Financial Corp. reported net income of $54.1 million, or 33 cents per share, for the fourth quarter of 2019, lower than the $58.1 million, or 33 cents per share, reported in the year-ago period.

The S&P Global Market Intelligence consensus GAAP EPS estimate for the latest quarter was 35 cents.

Fulton's net income for full year 2019 was $232.6 million, or $1.39 per share, compared to $208.4 million, or $1.19 per share, in full year 2018.

The S&P Global Market Intelligence consensus GAAP EPS estimate for the year was $1.41.

Total assets as of Dec. 31, 2019, stood at $21.90 billion, compared with $20.68 billion in the previous year. The bank's total deposits were $17.39 billion, up from $16.38 billion in 2018.
