Timber real estate investment trust PotlatchDeltic Corp. named Wayne Wasechek as controller and principal accounting officer of the company, effective Nov. 28.

Vice President and CFO Jerald Richards had been serving in an additional capacity as principal accounting officer since May 7, after the termination of the previous accounting officer.

Wasechek currently serves as vice president and assistant controller of Vail Resorts Inc.
