H.I.G. Capital funds complete WhiteHorse Finance common stock offering

Funds affiliated with H.I.G. Capital LLC on Dec. 9 completed their sale of 2,250,000 WhiteHorse Finance Inc. common shares.

H.I.G. Bayside Debt & LBO Fund II LP sold 1,239,757 common shares, while H.I.G. Bayside Loan Opportunity Fund II LP sold 1,010,243 common shares. The funds previously granted underwriters an option to purchase up to an additional 337,500 common shares, solely to cover overallotments.

WhiteHorse Finance did not receive any proceeds from the offering.

Raymond James & Associates Inc., Keefe Bruyette & Woods Inc., Deutsche Bank Securities Inc., Ladenburg Thalmann & Co. Inc., Oppenheimer & Co. Inc., B. Riley FBR Inc. and National Securities Corp. were underwriters for the offering.
