Ironbark secures 30-year mining permit for Citronen zinc-lead property

Ironbark Zinc Ltd. was awarded a 30-year mining permit for its Citronen zinc-lead property in Greenland, it said on Dec. 19.

As a condition of the award, the company entered a net smelter royalty agreement with Greenland's government at a rate of 1% in the first and second year of production, 1.5% in the third year, 2% in the fourth year and 2.5% thereafter.

Ironbark said the royalty will be offset against corporate and dividend withholding tax.
