Centurion boosts size of multi-currency debt issuance program to S$750M

Centurion Corp. Ltd. upsized its multi-currency debt issuance program established Sept. 6, 2013, to S$750.0 million from S$500.0 million.

The amendments made call for the issuance of notes, in registered form and perpetual securities and in series or tranches, worth up to S$750.0 million of aggregate principal amount.

The Singaporean real estate company filed an application to list and quote the proposed securities, that may be issued in Singapore dollars or any other currency, at the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Ltd.

Net proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes, which include the refinancing of borrowings, as well as the funding of investments and general working capital of the company or its units.

DBS Bank Ltd. will remain the sole arranger and dealer of the revised program.

As of March 29, US$1 was equivalent to S$1.31.
