Aetna Inc.'s vHealth by Aetna appointed Damian Delaney managing director of its operations in India, Express Healthcare reported.

Delaney served as managing director for Aetna Korea.

Property and casualty

Chubb Ltd. named Nadia Côté head of the major accounts division for Europe. She replaces Suresh Krishnan, who was appointed COO for Chubb's North America accident and health business.

Côté serves as country president for France. Veronique Brionne, who serves as director of accident and health for continental Europe, will succeed her in the role.

Brionne will be replaced by Florian Eisele, who will also continue in his role as the country president for Switzerland until his successor is named.

All appointments are effective March 1.

Ed Broking Group Ltd. appointed Colin Kelley head of its new liability division in Bermuda.

Kelley will lead the professional lines, casualty and healthcare teams. He served as commercial lines practice leader for professional lines at Sompo International Holdings Ltd.

He replaces Paul Roberts, who has retired from the post.

Kevin Knight succeeds McLay as claims investigator operations manager at Allianz Insurance.

Suncorp Group Holdings (NZ) Ltd. appointed Marie Hosking executive manager of corporate affairs for its Vero and Asteron Life brands, effective Jan. 28.

Hosking led the communications function at Air New Zealand Ltd.
