Zip appoints chair

Australia's Zip Co Ltd. appointed Diane Smith-Gander as chair, effective Feb. 1.

Smith-Gander currently serves as a nonexecutive director of AGL Energy Ltd. and HBF Health Ltd., according to a same-day release.

She takes over from Philip Crutchfield, who will step down effective March 31.
