WeTransfer BV announced the resignation of CEO Gordon Willoughby and appointed his replacement and a new COO.
The Netherlands-based online file-transfer platform operator named Chief Product and Technology Officer Alexandar Vassilev its new CEO, effective May 17.
Meanwhile, CFO Melissa Nussbaum will assume the role of COO starting May 17 in addition to her existing duties, according to a May 3 announcement.
In January, WeTransfer canceled its planned IPO on Euronext Amsterdam, citing market volatility. The company had aimed for a market capitalization of €629 million to €716 million.
