Wealth Enhancement Group acquires Integra Capital Advisors

Wealth management firm Wealth Enhancement Group LLC announced the acquisition of registered investment adviser Integra Capital Advisors.

The partnership, financial terms of which were not disclosed, will close on March 31.

Integra Capital Advisors' team oversees $287 million in client assets. Founded in 1992 by Tom Breiter, Integra Capital has six additional team members, including Chief Investment Officer Brad Campbell, and has two locations in Florida.

The partnership is expected to bring Wealth Enhancement Group's total client assets to over $54.7 billion, the news release said.
