Trammell Crow, Diamond Realty sell Amazon facility for $128M

Preylock Real Estate Holdings LLC acquired a class A industrial property in Jessup, Pa., from a partnership between Trammell Crow Co. and Diamond Realty Investments Inc. for $127.7 million, Commercial Property Executive reported, citing Lackawanna County records.

The Valley View Trade Center property at 45 Valley View Circle spans 1 million square feet and is fully leased to Amazon.com Inc.

The buyer secured from Goldman Sachs a line of credit with a $1.1 billion limit for the transaction, according to the report.
