Tilley-Phoenix Group nets acquisition financing from Madison Capital

Madison Capital Funding provided committed debt financing for the acquisition of Callahan Chemical Company by Tilley-Phoenix Group, a portfolio company of SK Capital Partners. Additional details of the financing were not disclosed.

Callahan is a regional distributor of high-quality ingredients and compounds serving a variety of end markets.

Tilley-Phoenix is a specialty ingredients distributor and value-added service provider serving food and beverage; fragrance; personal care and cosmetics; household institutional and industrial; and pharmaceutical markets. The company was formed through the merger of Tilley Co. and Phoenix Aromas and Essential Oils.
