Tavros Capital and Charney Cos. acquired a full-block development site in Brooklyn, N.Y.'s Gowanus neighborhood from Property Markets Group Inc. for $100 million, The Real Deal reported, citing a spokesperson for the buyers.
The duo intend to develop approximately 660 rental apartment units on the site at 318 Nevins St., which has a buildable space of over 500,000 square feet, according to the report.
