TA Associates names CEO, makes several other promotions

TA Associates outlined 13 global staff promotions, including the appointment of Managing Partner Ajit Nedungadi as its CEO, effective Jan. 1.

The global growth private equity firm said Brian Conway will remain chairman.

TA promoted Jeffrey Hadden to managing director, adding to his COO and general counsel positions. Tony Marsh was promoted to managing director and will continue as chief capital markets officer, while Kelly Riera was promoted to chief compliance officer from director of compliance.

The firm also promoted Jason Mironov to managing director from director and Giovanni Fantini to vice president from senior associate.

Max Cancre, Stefan Dandl, Michael Libert and Andrew Tay were all promoted to principal from senior vice president, while Calen Angert, Amit Jain and Nicholas Leppla were elevated to senior vice president from vice president.
