Swander Pace Capital sells Clarion Brands

Swander Pace Capital completed the sale of Clarion Brands LLC, a consumer products company specializing in over-the-counter healthcare solutions and dietary supplements.

The company was acquired by Bridges Consumer Healthcare LLC, a consumer healthcare company partnering with private equity firm Charlesbank Capital Partners LLC.

Sawaya Partners LLC served as financial adviser to Clarion and Swander Pace Capital, and Kirkland & Ellis LLP acted as legal counsel.
