Sirius offers Platinum VIP subs 12-month subscription to Discovery+

Sirius XM Holdings Inc. and Discovery Inc. are partnering to bring more value to SiriusXM's subscription packages.

Starting Dec. 16 existing and new subscribers of Sirius' Platinum VIP plan will have the option to activate a complimentary 12-month subscription to Discovery's streaming service, Discovery+.

Platinum VIP is SiriusXM's newest subscription tier, which includes access to SiriusXM in up to two vehicles, up to two SXM App logins, more than 300 channels, and other exclusive benefits.

In addition, SiriusXM will offer special promotions to new subscribers of its Platinum, Music and Entertainment, and Streaming Platinum packages, as well as eligible existing subscribers who upgrade to one of these packages, a complimentary three-month subscription to Discovery+.
