Safebuilt nets loan backing dividend recapitalization

Safebuilt Inc. received a senior secured credit facility backing a dividend recapitalization, market sources said. MidCap Financial was the administrative agent, sole lead arranger and sole bookrunner.

Safebuilt provides services such as department programs, planning and zoning, code enforcement and administrative functions to local governments and public agencies. The company is an investment of Riverside Co.
