Rockwell Automation completes acquisition of cloud software company Fiix

Rockwell Automation Inc. completed the acquisition of Canadian cloud software company Fiix Inc.

Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed. The acquisition closed in December 2020, according to Rockwell.

Fiix's expertise in AI-enabled computerized maintenance management systems is expected to enhance Rockwell's lifecycle services business, the latter said in a statement.
