Riverways FCU acquires Missouri-based Vaughan – St. Louis Post-Dispatch

Riverways FCU has acquired Salem, Mo.-based Vaughan Insurance LLC, the St. Louis Post-Dispatch reported.

Vaughan Insurance, operating as Riverways Insurance Services LLC, will remain under the leadership of Randall Vaughan, according to the report.

Through the acquisition, Riverways FCU will provide new and existing credit union members access to a full line of insurance services.
