Retail Properties of America boosts dividend

Retail Properties of America Inc. increased its quarterly dividend for its outstanding class A common stock to 7 cents per share from 6 cents.

The open-air shopping center real estate investment trust will pay the dividend April 9 to stockholders of record March 26.
