Prologis buys vacant industrial site in Nashville, Tenn. – Business Journal

Prologis Inc. acquired 123 acres of vacant industrial land in Nashville, Tenn., from Ford Motor Co. for $54 million, the Nashville Business Journal reported Oct. 29, citing recent local government permit data.

The site at 7228 Centennial Blvd. has eight warehouses in the pipeline but it is unclear when construction will commence or who will be its tenants, according to the report.
