President, chief credit officer of Solera National Bancorp, bank unit resign

Kreighton Reed, president and a board member of Lakewood, Colo.-based Solera National Bancorp Inc. and its Solera National Bank unit, resigned, effective as of the close of business Jan. 24.

Executive Vice President and Chief Credit Officer Peter Lindquist also resigned, effective as of the close of business Dec. 10, 2021.
