Post Holdings completes Peter Pan peanut butter purchase

Post Holdings Inc. completed its acquisition of the Peter Pan peanut butter brand from Conagra Brands Inc., effective Jan. 25.

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Post Holdings affiliate 8th Avenue Food & Provisions Inc. co-manufactures all Peter Pan peanut butter products.
