Piper Sandler completes acquisition of Stamford Partners

Piper Sandler Cos. completed its acquisition of Stamford Partners LLP, a London-based investment banking firm.

The acquisition will broaden Piper Sandler's European investment banking capabilities, specifically in the food and beverage sector.

Piper Sandler's head of European Investment Banking, Peter Hall, said the deal would position the companies better to cater to multinationals in both North America and Europe as well as the private equity community and privately owned businesses.
