Monroeville, Pa.-based Monroeville Boro FCU proposed to merge with and into Cranberry Township, Pa.-based USX FCU, according to notices posted by the National Credit Union Administration on Jan. 4.
Members of Monroeville Boro FCU may vote on the merger proposal at a special meeting on Feb. 23. On the effective date of the merger, all of them will become members of USX FCU, the continuing credit union.
As of Sept. 30, 2021, Monroeville Boro FCU had total assets of $903,000, while USX FCU had total assets of $264.9 million, according to S&P Global Market Intelligence data.
